Welcome to Tina’s Natural Nails, Hair & Spa. These terms outline the policies for booking and receiving services at our salon at 775 Howard Road, Rochester, NY 14624. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following.

Appointments: Appointments are preferred and can be booked online or by calling (585) 721-8155. Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows.

Cancellations and No-Shows: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another guest. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying other guests.

Payment: We accept cash, credit, and debit cards. Prices are subject to change and may vary based on hair length, service complexity, and products used. Gratuities are appreciated and not included in service pricing.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Satisfaction: Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with a service, please let us know within seven days and we will do our best to make it right.

Health and Safety: Please inform your technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions before your service. We maintain strict sanitation standards for your safety.
